1/2 Full vs 1/2 Empty

It takes a lot to help a stubborn person that believes they are right. I recently started seeing a therapist through Living Waters. At that time I was so close to having a breakdown. I had no idea that I was becoming a different person and that my family was very worried. We started with little assignments that were meant to make me feel good about myself. She was so patient as I showed no interest in finding positive types of work for the glass being 1/2 full and I pretty much resisted.

My major depression taking over my life leaving the glass 1/2 empty no matter what she did to show me the positive side. However there was something about the therapist Margo Messina that made me comfortable and want to talk to her even when I was not eating or talking to anyone else. Her soothing voice and companionate honest way of talking is so perfect for what she does. Her belief in God and talking about that was something that was so welcoming. As it turned out I hit rock bottom and Margo spent so much of her own time getting me admitted to a hospital. She let me call her and that kept me calm. I could have been in a bad situation had she not picked up on what I was up to and act on it. I owe her so much. I will start paying her back by trying to change, being more positive. My favorite  things about her are that she is not afraid to say she made a mistake and her great LAUGH!!!!

I thank God for Margo.
